free coffee helpful staff
the kitchen had everything i needed. the 24/7 free coffee was a HUGE plus. i really appreciated that the hotel and rooms used code access! staff was available to help when needed, too.

central location equipped kitchen clear instruction
The location was perfect for exploring. bars, cafes, supermarkets, and a pharmacy are nearby. the shared kitchen proved useful. I found it fully equipped. self-check-in was easy. The instructions were clear. i liked having a safe in the room for valuables.
housekeeping was infrequent. the room was not cleaned nor were towels replaced unless requested. i wasn't expecting that.

the shared kitchen included individual fridges for each room, a nice touch. a coffee machine was available with coffee provided. i used the luggage storage before check-in, a convenient service.

Communication via email was effective. Responses were quick and helpful. there was no physical front desk, but i easily used the virtual check-in booth. the staff maintained the kitchen very well!!!

The hotel is close to a tram stop with airport access. Made my arrival easy. the hotel is in a pedestrian zone with many restaurants. the main attractions are only minutes away.

The location is amazing! i found it so central to everything i wanted to see. the shared kitchen had everything i needed. It was really well-organized! having individual refrigerator boxes with keys was super helpful, too.
The internet was a huge problem. It just didn't work at all. i missed an important meeting because of the unreliable connection! there wasn't anyone at the front desk. I had to email or phone with any issues, which wasn't ideal. the in-room safe wasn't working either. It gave me disturbed sleeps.

very good location
perfect location automated check in tram access
this location is genuinely perfect. a 5 min walk takes you to the beach and there are lots of restaurant options nearby. there were smooth and automated check in and check out processes. the tram that takes you to the train station is also near.
i found the door to the room very difficult. i had to jiggle it a few times each time i entered the room.

I appreciated the self-service kitchen. It had everything i needed to prepare simple meals. my room was super clean and bigger than i expected. the location was central, only minutes from massena square.
i noticed an intense smell of bug spray in the hallways. it was even noticeable in the room, specifically on the pillow, and sheets.
